Yes, with "jigdo-file list-template -t <foo>.template | grep image-info".
But that's not in the same format as output by md5sum, so it won't help 
you.

However, you can use jigdo-file itself to verify the checksum:

  jigdo-file verify -t <foo>.template -i <foo>.iso
