on 3.0_r1 images the README.non-US has got bad md5sum

Hello!

md5sum.txt or README.non-US is wrong in the new images, please check it.

I loop mounted all of the images after I found this bug and I searched
for more, but I didn't find. Only the README.non-US, but this file (or
md5sum) is buggy on all of the images.
