It's intentional (the plan is to inflict as much of the load as
possible on the US server)  but I should have made the snapshot on raff before
allowing public access to the jigdo files, but now that I'm redoing
the images it needs to be done again anyway, so I'm not going to
bother with this set.

I'll sort out the US snapshot with the next lot.
