Hi Will,
You haven't said whether this is a public mirror or setup for the school/uni
which happens to make it publicly available.
In terms of structure, it's probably fine but you realise that debian is
multi architecture so there are a lot more than 7 ISO images for 3.0_r0.
If you are making the i386 images available you might want to make
that ftp://cudlug.cudenver.edu/debian-cd/3.0_r0/i386/
You could also consider making the source isos available if you had
sufficient disk space.
