The only way this could happen with 0.6.8 is if you originally
installed and used jigdo 0.6.7 or earlier *and* also have "continue =
on" in your wgetrc.

Either set "continue = off" in the wgetrc or add "-e continue=off" to
wgetOpts in your ~/.jigdo-lite.
