additional "Suggests" entry for debian-cd

Hallo,

could you please add mkdecbootcd (>=0.2) to the "Suggests" entry in the 
debian-cd control file? Currently, we have

Suggests: palo (>= 0.94), binutils-multiarch

This should be

Suggests: palo (>= 0.94), binutils-multiarch, mkdecbootcd (>=0.2)

as mkdecbootcd is needed to generate bootable CDs for mipsel. It is
available for all 11 architectures in woody now.
