My name is Chris, and I am the new customer service manager for Best Linux CDs.com. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.
Our company has gone through a complete overhaul, and the majority of the employees were terminated. Also, our mail servers have been down, and we have been unable to communicate with our customers.
Because we are currently short-staffed, and we have hundreds of orders to process, it has caused severe delays in shipping. I am working on responding to all customer emails by myself, and I have been working around the clock to reach everyone as fast as I can.
Because of your inconvenience, I am prepared to offer you an immediate refund. If you would still like the CDs, I can send them tomorrow via Priority Mail.
