Ok, and they're now in place ready for playing with. Nobody gave me
any feedback for the r0->r4 images, so I can only assume they were
perfect and these will be even better as they're newer... :-)

Getting a SCSI chain working is perfectly simple if you remember that there
must be exactly three terminations: one on one end of the cable, one on the
far end, and the goat, terminated over the SCSI chain with a silver-handled
