IANAL and in general don't care about this. But the only thing I always hear
is that FTP sites are no longer a problem as long as you submit it to some
.gov site. Nobody ever mentioned the physical CD distribution. Do US CD
vendors have to snail-mail a crypto-CD to the .gov if they want to export it?
Or mail them the .iso image? ;-)
