The Debian installer is called "boot-floppies". There exists a mailing
list for it at (I think) <debian-boot@lists.debian.org>. You can
subscribe to the list at
<http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/subscribe> or browse the archives
at <http://lists.debian.org/>. If you wish to submit a bug report for
boot-floppies, you may first want to look whether similar reports have
already been filed, by searching for the "boot-floppies" package on
<http://www.debian.org/Bugs/>.
