That works fine, for both  FORCENONUSONCD1=1
and not.  

However, the images are still turning up around 770Mb.
I have looked at the changes that were made to 
tools/list2cds  but have been un-successfull in seeing
the error.  It seems that the change in directory
names from /1/ to /CD1/ and /CD1_NONUS/  has messed
up  SIZELIMIT1  .... at least for me.

I'll keep looking...
