Yep, some changes are not conditionned by $CCD in tools/lists2cd.
BTW, if you want to include this feature in the main debian-cd one day,
you'll have to find something different for finding the package installed
by base.tgz from the bf. The base section is no more used for that.
Remember the thread on debian-devel about removing the base section ?
And your patch won't apply cleanly on the latest debian-cd I commited
yesterday night.
