Can I download The CD

I was wondering if I can Download The CD's and then install that image onto a NT40 Server.( From A fake CD directory)

 

If the answer is YES then Just How do I Download These CD's

 

I Have Tried to read  THE PSEUDO-IMAGE KIT VERSION 2.0...readme file, But I'm

 

Lost

 

Can You give me Instructions in Laymen Terms
