I volunteered to help with this, but then got busy and didn't reply to the
organizing email, I think. :(
If you'd like to send some of the north-american requests my way, I'd be
glad to help lower the cost of shipping. I haven't had a chance to set up
a local mirror to build from, though, so if you could let me rsync your
images (or whatever) that would be easiest.
