/project on CDs ?

Hi!

I was doing a pseudo-image of source-1 a few days ago, and I got lots of
warnings about files in /project. It seems to me that /project is even more
unstable than unstable. Should it really go on "stable" CDs? 

(The missing/replaced files in /project caused rsync to download over 70 MB
from the CD image mirror. I don't like that.)
