If you are a Debian developer:
setenv CVSROOT :ext:YOURLOGIN@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/debian-boot
setenv CVS_RSH ssh
(cvs.debian.org == va.debian.org)
If you are not:
setenv CVSROOT :pserver:cvs@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/debian-boot
cvs login
[Hmmm, it seems there is no anonymous access yet?]
Then, in both cases,
cvs co debian-cd
