I have burned a copy of the above, and ran dselect (multicd)
against the machine I created them on....so far so good!
I also took the disk#1 and ran an install on a blank drive.
No problems with the disk, but the boot-disk set
disks-i386 - 2.1.2-1998-12-4 after loading from the CD/ROM
(/dev/hdd) during the initial install, left me with
a bootable hard disk --- with only /dev/hda(1-8)
and /dev/hdb(1-8)....no /dev/hdc? or dev/hdd?
...humm
I beleive this is related to the boot-disks, not the CD.
I will make a set of floppies this afternoon, and look
into it a bit further.
