The package is already compiled against libusb2-dev on kfreebsd. The problem is this control file entry for the binary package libbladerf1: | Depends: libusb-1.0-0 (>= 1.0.12), ${misc:Depends}, ${shlibs:Depends} which forces a dependency on libusb-1.0-0, even if not building on Linux.
