bind9 build fails on kfreebsd-amd64 because threading is disabled:
checking for PKCS11 support... yes
configure: error: PKCS11 requires thread support
debian/rules:50: recipe for target 'stamps/configure' failed
make: *** [stamps/configure] Error 1
In ubuntuBSD we had the same problem and fixed it with this patch:
