building nodejs 4 / v8 4.5 on kfreebsd-amd64

Hi,

i'm trying to figure why nodejs 4 fails on kfreebsd (it's actually the embedded v8 that is failing)

it boils down to pthread_mutex_t not being defined

does it ring any bell ?

Missing -lpthread ?
