Hi Steven,

I see that you already implemented DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck in the
unreleased version 10.1~6 in SVN. Thank you.

However this does not suffice to build it in a bootstrap setting,
because libc0.1-dev is unavailable when kfreebsd-kernel-headers is
needed. Thus please mark that dependency with "<!nocheck>".

The moving of headers to multiarch paths that you implemented is very
useful and fixes bootstrap issues down the road. I would appreciate an
upload of ~6 to unstable for this reason alone.
