Is serial console output logged anywhere by Ganeti? Are there any other kernel messages prior to the first g_vfs_done() error? (The monit errors in your screenshot may have pushed other details off-screen; and (No log file within the VM would have it as the bug seems to affect disk I/O to all partitions; the monitor errors in your screenshot may have pushed other details off-screen, although ScrollLck-PageUp might work).
