Thanks, we already have bug #787042 for this; with a proposed short- term fix: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=787042;att=1;filename=kfreebsd-fcntl-dupfd-cloexec.patch;msg=5 a medium-term fix (patches 2 and 3): https://lists.debian.org/debian-bsd/2015/05/msg00050.html and longer-term fix also worked on as #785796.
