ctfutils fails to build on platforms in which off_t is a 32-bit type
by default, including in particular all 32-bit Linux platforms:

Please try explicitly enabling large file support by building with
-D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 .
