Please can you confirm it works?

I don't see any problem with it.

kfreebsd-10 tracks stable/10, and will soon switch to releng/10.0 and
eventually release/10.0.0. It will soon be in unstable too, although not
necessarily at the same time.

Does upstream plan to MFC this fix into stable/10 ?
