Jep the fix actually looks very much valid to me as well.

I have rebootet the machine between the qt update and reporting the bug
at least twice.I might find the time to revert the change in qt actually
to verify it is the CVE fix triggering the bug but as I said I can't
promise any time commitment for the next 10 days.

Maybe someone on -bsd has a clue about the shm stuff?
