I've see this myself and reported it at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=698200

I have an initial patch which at least prevents the debugged program
hanging after 'continue' but is probably not really complete as it
doesn't make it possible to direct the debugger to not stop for these
signals.
