Hi,

I wonder if this has to do with compiler version that was used, and
resulting availability/use of the kd symbol.

The kFreeBSD code defines it as static within a function, whereas other
code uses it as an extern (since 2000-03-04 according to upstream's
changelog entry...)

With the attached patch it builds again on kfreebsd-amd64, snmpd at
least seems to be working and I can query it with snmpwalk.
