Hi,

kfreebsd-kernel-headers include machine/ioctl_bt848.h and
machine/ioctl_meteor.h which depend on dev/bktr/ioctl_bt848.h and
dev/bktr/ioctl_meteor.h respectively (in fact, the machine/ioctl_ ones are
deprecated, and the dev/bktr ones should be used).

xawtv depend on this headers to compile in kfreebsd-i386 (I haven't tested these
ones in amd64, but it would be great to have them available in kfreebsd-amd64 as well).
