Well, in your first answer to the bug report you wrote:

Luckily you don't have to! The Debian Project maintains a lot of porter
boxed where and Debian Member (and on requests guest, too) can access
specific architectures. Just take a look at [1] and search for a
kfreebsd-* machine with public access. You should have already a
account there and should be able to login with your normal Debian
account and your ssh-Key. Once loged in, you'll also get shown
information on how to access specific chroot environments. You'll find
some information on how to get needed build-depends installed into the
chroot you need at [2].
... and voila! You can indeed fix (or at least investigate further)
these bugs while sitting before a Linux box.
