Bug#654585: /etc/sysctl.conf ignored during boot

Package: freebsd-utils
Version: 8.2+ds3-2
Severity: normal

It seems my /etc/sysctl.conf is not honored during boot (I have to
add a `sysctl -p` to rc.local to get that.
