kfreebsd and xen
Hi,
is there anybody using kfreebsd as a xen domain?
I tried to follow the instructions on
http://smp.if.uj.edu.pl/~baryluk/kfreebsd-xen/kfreebsd_xen_notes.txt
and got at least a working kfreebsd with qemu (version 0.12.5).
Unfortunatley as I 'xm create' the kfreebsd domain, it just goes to:
xctrl0: <Xen Control Device> on xenstore0
xbd0: 2048MB <Virtual Block Device> at device/vbd/768 on xenbusb_front0
xbd0: attaching as ad0
GEOM: new disk ad0
Trying to mount root from ufs:/dev/ad0s1
rtc0: [XEN] xen_rtc_gettime
rtc0: [XEN] xen_rtc_gettime: wallclock 1321786821 sec; 447474724 nsec
rtc0: [XEN] xen_rtc_gettime: uptime 25099 sec; 317200553 nsec
rtc0: [XEN] xen_rtc_gettime: TOD 1321811920 sec; 764675277 nsec
start_init: trying /sbin/init
[XEN] hypervisor wallclock nudged; nudging TOD.
and after that just stops. I am using kernel kfreebsd-8.2-1-xen from
package kfreebsd-image-8.2-1-xen_8.2-14_kfreebsd-i386.deb
So isn't it possible to use the qemu disk image for xen anymore?
