Bug#634221: Doesn't allow fuse mounting as simple user
Package: fuse4bsd
Version: 0.3.9~pre1.20080208-3
Severity: important

christoph@chillida ~
21:29 0 % sudo chmod 666 /dev/fuse0

zsh: no such user or named directory: mnt
christoph@chillida ~

mount_fusefs: /dev/fuse0 on /home/christoph/mnt: Operation not permitted
fuse: failed to mount file system: Success
mounting as root does indeed work and (in the case of sshfs) produce a
working fuse directory. Didn't check for gphotofs as I don't have a
suitable camera

Christoph
