I tried to test this but

$ btdownloadcurses http://ftp.pl.debian.org/debian-cd/6.0.0/kfreebsd-i386/bt-cd/debian-6.0.0-kfreebsd-i386-kde-CD-1.iso.torrent

fails with

[17:39:46] rejected by tracker - Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker.
