In my system (linux i386), zpool is not working when zfs-fuse is not running.
zfs in kfreebsd should be packaged into 'zfs' from freebsd sources.

zpool is kind of mkfs, but it is much more, and non of its function
will not work without kernel or fuse support.
on it's own it is completly useless.
