As it turned out, unavailability of cdparanoia and lirc (#540742)
are future blockers of archive (re)build.

The advantage of give-back those 600+ packages would be also to detect,
what is the next blocker. According to

currently the libsdl1.2-dev (due to lirc) and
libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev (due to cdparanoia) are the leaders.
