New list for commits (was backporting changes from 6.x to 5.x)

glibc-bsd-commits@alioth.lists.debian.org

Then I don't really what to do with the mailing lists. I think we should
keep in mind:

1) mails to debian-ports@lists.d.o are delivered to all ports mailing
   list, including debian-bsd@lists.d.o
2) the address used for the maintainer field in the packages is
   debian-bsd@lists.d.o. It could be changed, but it is work, and would
   take time.
