Yes, I suppose my many mails led to some confusion regarding which bug
report belongs to which package, sorry about that (#1122650 is in
src:console-setup territory, while #1122805 is in src:xkeyboard-config
territory).

Unless ckbcomp errors magically disappeared, someone needs to
investigate those (see https://bugs.debian.org/1122650#25)…

A quick check with my unstable devel chroot (with appropriate
/usr/share/X11/xkb), and with the xkbdir tweak reverted, suggests
someone still needs to do something about those.
