I'm not absolutely sure given the vg00 name for the VG (the rest makes
this very plausible though), but other bug reports indicate an expert
installation might be happening, possibly with a specific setting for
the VG name.

That seems very likely. Downgrading severity for this bug report as
well, before probably confirming and closing.
