Comments/Problems:

After installing in **speech synthesizer mode**,

on first login, All the debian installation is only in English.

Graphical installer also let me in same situation.

Expert mode also let me in same situation

I have marked the case as grave because for people who are blind or visually impaired
it leaves them in an irreparable situation since they cannot find a way to put the system
in an understandable language. (Mean must run several commands in terminal, due
assistive tech only speech in english)
