Comments/Problems:

After installing in **speech synthesizer mode**,
on first login, Debian assistive technologies are not enabled.

I must do the overall installation for my friend cos he was
unable to enable the speed synth in any other debian live disk
rather than the Gnome flavour that is very nonsense for low end
machines, and minimal installs let the system very limited for
blind eye people.

He try to activate the assistive techs but was unable to cos the
way path are so so complex and large:

Bar(Menu) -> SystemMenu -> ControlCenter

The Bar menu are accessible without any sound tips, the Crtl+f1
only activates the application menu of MATE, LXDE or Xfce.

Over LXDE there is no way to get the preferences of assistive tech
cos is under LXsession preferences that is not assisted
(yet in such moment)

As i know he installed several times with the speech synth installer
and at the end the desktops is assisted by default!
