FYI I have just uploaded systemd-boot-installer/0.9, thanks to Steve's
for uploading shim-signed/1.45 so now the installer option also pulls
in shim-signed on amd64/arm64 in order to get secure boot to work out
of the box. Tested on qemu, works nicely.
