Bug#1106712: makedev referenced by chroot installation instructions

* Philipp Kern <pkern@debian.org> [250528 12:35]:
D.3.4.1 at least in the amd64 version of the installation guide[1]
references installing makedev and running it to get a template /dev
filesystem. makedev has been removed as obsolete per #1064931, being
replaced with udev.

Presumably we should just remove the lines about it, the suggestion to
bind-mount the host /dev is already there.

Yeah, that would be a good idea. The warning about postinst scripts writing to /dev should also no longer apply.

Best,
Chris
