Bug#1106144: debian-installer: UI scaling/font tiny on 4k iMac 2017

Package: debian-installer
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: m0ukf@outlook.com

Dear Maintainer,

I installed debian 12 on my iMac 2017 4k yestereday and it was very difficult as it detected the native 4092x2304 resolution fine but the font size was so tiny. Not sure if its the Mac's native resolution or if this is a problem with all 4k displays but it certainly made my installion process uncomfortable - fortunately i had recently installed debian 12 on another machine so was familiar with the process
