Hi, Steve McIntyre <steve@einval.com> (2025-05-11): > I've just pulled in a ceratopsian-theme splash screen - let me know > what you think? I think: thank you! (in public this time) I'm seeing at least the feared readability issue when editing the kernel command line in BIOS mode. It's a little annoying as the logo is right where one might want to start tweaking things. I think I'll errata it out, because I'm also seeing other small glitches (that I didn't try to check or replicate with bookworm). [bios-0.png] Editing the default entry in UEFI mode seems much better (albeit with a repeated, shifted, cropped background used in the frame) [efi-0.png] Diving into the advanced options, all submenus seems to have a ugly cyan on blue frame (e.g. Graphical expert install). Possibly a trivial fix? [efi-1.png] I'm only including bios-0.png to improve my chances of having this mail reach the list, others can be found at: https://people.debian.org/~kibi/ceratopsian/ It'd be great if someone could check dark mode at some point, I'm not opening this can of worms myself.
