Bug#1101196: installation-reports: Trixie Installer fails to create first user when full name contains non-ASCII characters and spaces

The following observation may mitigate this statement:
- adduser does not restrict characters in the full name when run in
interactive mode (i.e. without --gecos/--comment).
In interactive mode, just chfn is called.
- adduser is broadly used in non-interactive mode by package scripts
to create/remove system users only.
adduser --system is a different code path than the one that the
Installer uses.
adduser maintainer Marc Haber admitted that the current regex is
overly tight and it should allow UTF-8 (except control characters).
I am open to suggestions. I am just relucant do do the change becasue I
might be wrong (being native speaker of German only, and Umlauts are
pretty easy to handle).
Greetings
Marc
