Bug#1102604: debian-installer: Rescue mode can not execute shell when root filesystem is btrfs

If we can get fixed before Trixie is released, that's nice. If we can't, then
we might consider fixing it in unstable/testing,  get that confirmed via daily
builds, and maybe get that backported in a point release at some point.
