Issue with UEFI and screen reader

Hello Debian boot team,

Im writing to you, because i have found an issue, i have an Intel NUC 
N5105, where Intel force it to use UEFI, and due to that, its not 
possible to get audio out on the HDMI port. I can plug in a usb sound 
blaster and get audio out there, but even after Debianhas been 
installedi am not ableto getaudio out via the HDMI.

Also, due to this, Debian will not auto run with screen readerafter30 
seconds in the boot menu of the Debian isntaller as well..

I dont know if this issue is on a issue tracker, but i hope you can do 
some magicial coding to fix this, since i dont expect Intel to disable 
the UEFI function on their Intel NUC devices.
