Installing this week's weekly build on a VM with preseeding. All of this has worked in the past. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Followed my normal installation process. * What was the outcome of this action? The kernel apparently failed to find its modules, without which installation would almost certainly have failed. * What outcome did you expect instead? A normal installation, including the kernel finding its modules. The ISO used is the weekly build, 'Debian GNU/Linux testing "Trixie" - Official Snapshot amd64 NETINST with firmware 20250210-03:32'. A screen capture of the error message and the installation syslog are attached. Just FYI: I have undertaken to test the weekly builds and see how they do. So you may hear from me from time to time.
