Dear Maintainer,

When installing KDE Desktop Environemt (task-kde-desktop) Synaptic package
manager doesn't get installed by default.
On other DE's such as gnome, lxqt, xfce, mate etc-etc Synaptic is installed
with the system.

Please provide Synaptic to be installed by default in KDE too, as it is a handy
tool to have out of the box.
